Sample Answer: –

Well … Rules and regulations are essential to keep order and avoid chaos in our day-to-day life. Governments across the world enact a number of laws that people have to abide by, otherwise, they have to put up (endure/suffer) with repercussions. I, generally, follow most of the rules; however, I remember once my College banned the use of mobile phones on-premises.

At first, I thought it would be good for our own sake because we would be forced to unplug ourselves from technology and focus on study. but sooner I realized how difficult it was as I was unable to entertain myself in free ours. Not only just entertainment but I couldn’t help myself in finding meanings and definitions of difficult topics. Prior to the ban, I heavily relied on the phone to assist my study. But now that privilege was taken away

Just like me .. everyone was trying to work out this situation as they were facing the same problems. Students even filed petitions to lift the ban but nevertheless, it remained imposed.

Talking about how I felt, I would strongly state that I found this rule to be redundant ( I found this rule of Little or no use)
Furthermore.. I followed this rule pretty well In the beginning, however, later I broke it on regular basis like me and my friends found ways to smuggle phones into college and we were never caught.
Lastly, as it said good things come to those who wait … after a 6-month discussion .. the ban was revoked.
