1. Describe a time you got lost in a place you did not know about.

Sample Answer:- Well, I’m an individual who has a good memory and I don’t generally get lost … but I remember once I got lost when I was on my first tour to Shimla with my friends. To be honest … it’s challenging for me to keep the directions In my mind when I visit a place for the first time .. this thing happened to me … I was exploring Shimla along with my friends for all day long, therefore got worn out by the end of the day. almost 8 pm we got to the hotel room .. one of my friends asked us to go for dinner … everyone was ready to go but as I was already exhausted I told them to text me the address so that I can join them later. After getting some rest for an hour I decided to join my friends .. unfortunately, my phone battery was also drained out just like me .. that’s why I decided to go without it .. I thought I would be able to remember direction and name of dinner .. so I started my tread…surprisingly in the middle of the road I found that I was lost .. cause I forgot the directions .. now I was looking here and there … tried asking people for the dinner but forgot the name in nervousness… it was dark and late .. I was completely lost in Shimla … Also in addition to this, I didn’t remember any of my friend’s numbers… I had a vague idea about one number … so I asked one person for a phone. I luckily dialed the right number and told my friends to get me … when they came I had a sigh of relief.. so this was a horrible time when I got lost.

2. Describe your favorite movie.

Sample Answer: – Well I am a movie freak and I have watched a number of movies. Some of them were comedy movies, horror movies, and fantasy movies. Movies are a good way to pass your leisure time. Here I would like to talk about a time when I watched the movie named as “The croods”.

Actually, this is an animated comedy movie, which is produced by the renowned company PIXER. As I vividly remember it was 3 years ago while I was in my hostel and pursuing my BTech in yadavindra college. One day we made a plan to watch the blockbuster movie of that time the croods.

It is a movie that is based on prehistoric times and humans. A time when humans were really surviving hard in order to get their daily food and shelter. In this movie, there is a family who used to live in a cave. Out of sudden due to natural disasters like earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, their cave got demolished. So basically it is all about their journey in search of such a place which is fully loaded with basic amenities and all. All those hilarious dialogues and funny creatures of prehistoric time make this movie the best of my taste.

If I say why this is my favorite movie because I am very fond of 3d animation and rendering, So this movie always inspire me to build such a polished character and movie. The director of this movie portrait every role so realistically that sometimes it is hard to differentiate that whether this is an animated movie or not. One more thing that is really adorable about this movie is that the first time I watched this movie at the hostel with my best friends, we watched it together and really enjoyed this. we were making fun of granny a beautiful character in this movie. this movie left such an imprint on us which last for a week I guess. So this is the movie which is really close to my heart.

3.Describe a time when you told your friend an important truth.

Truth makes up a very important part of human life, however, there are some times we have to keep a person in oblivion to keep some important bonds intact but after reaching a particular threshold we have to come out with the truth.
Here I would like to talk about the same thing that happened to me when I told my friend the truth about his entrance examination result. Actually, this whole incident took place a year back when my friends and I appeared for neet. A month later when the results were declared, my friend Raman asked me to check the result for all of us. Overwhelmed by my own result, I checked the wrong result of Raman. He got overjoyed when I told him over the phone that he cracked the examination, however, after a brief amount of time, I realized the mistake I made. I rechecked his details and I found out the result I checked earlier was of someone else I lacked the confidence to tell him the truth that he was not able to cross the cutoff. The next day the guilt started to eat me up and I decided that I should tell him the truth. I planned to go to his home and tell him the reality in person.
It was very hard for me to burst his bubble of happiness but still that had to be done.
He was miserable and angry at me for telling him the wrong result and giving him false expectations but I apologized to him a lot and also gave him the motivation that hell be able to make it into any better college and he burnt midnight oil working hard for his dream of becoming a doctor.

4. Describe an exciting book that you enjoy reading.

Sample Answer: – Being a student of CBSE school, book reading has been a skill taught to us. Being a voracious reader myself, I have read a lot of books till now. However, one book that holds a little more than a special place in my heart is “In The Ravenous Dark”. Although I have already read this book a few times, I am still on my 5th run of it. Whenever I am free I like to flip through some pages of this book with a cup of evening latte. Categorized in the genre of thriller, mystery, and gore this book is a story of a fictitious character- Raven, and how she joins forces with a guardian soul to take down two rulers. One the emperor of her residential city and the other of the world of the dead. How vitriolic take over this young girl fighting her own demons and masquerading as someone she isn’t and making her take a malignant en route sets the premise of this world. Apart from all these things, supernatural and stereotype-breaking element works as the icing on the cake. The way the author Adrienne Strickland has let her imagination run wild in this piece of art flabbergasted me the most. The other intriguing factor of the book is that not just from a creative point of view but also from a linguistic angle this book is something to marvel at. This book has helped me to unleash my imaginative potential to a new scale. It’s true that at times the story has felt outlandish to me I believe it is for the better.  I just can’t get over the fact that how this book managed to capture the world of this big scale with such ease and that too in a single exhaustive book. The more and more I read the book, the more this book tightens its hold over me. I guess I will give it another go tonight before going to bed.
