Sample Answer :- Several times in my life I have played my part encouraging someone however, the one time when motivating someone was worthwhile was uplifting the spirit of my friend to participate in a singing competition. Actually my friend Rohan has an innate talent of singing which he was very under confident to show the world. Whenever anyone in our group feels down he is the one who cheers the person by his enchanting voice. Seeing him not getting a right platform to present his talent made me feel bad. Though this changed when a inter-house singing competition was organised in our school . Rohan was reluctant to take part in it ;however, we motivated him by making him realise his own talent . It took us a week to convince him and uplift his spirit . He was finally on board and got his name enrolled .
After practicing for a month ,the day finally came for him to steal to show and make everyone lost in his magical voice. We filled him up with the praises ,motivation and confidence for his performance so that he isn’t too nervous.Summing up events of the competition, he went on stage and he impressed everyone. Audience were crazy for him and were clapping , judges too gave an assuring look and everything just went well .He was awarded first in the competition and we were so proud of him . This was all about the time when i encouraged my friend .

Sample Answer :-
Usually I am the person who hardly disagrees with the things my friends and I decide upon in group however, there was one specific plan that my friend came up with, to which I had to disagree with and I am very proud of doing so too.
I can vividly remember that it was 2019 when my school organised a 7 day tour to Nainital. Part of the tour was trekking. On the trek my friend, Lakhveer and I were the only ones left behind as we wasted our time taking rest. Seeing us lose, lakhvir came up with an idea to take a shortcut which I replied to with a big no.
The main reason for me to disagree with this was me being aware of the quality of lakhveer attracting unwanted problems. Him enamouring the adventure and thrill always made his vision blurry for some basic yet important details which in our case were bad weather and risky shortcut which also happened to be territory of some dangerous animals
After some to and fro rebuttals he agreed with me and begrudgingly took the path our teachers decided for us to take. Traipsing we reached the finsh line where Lakhveer’s exasperated expressions came back to normal as he now had an inkling of worsening weather conditions.
Yashan Canvas: To say what I felt about it, I guess it was nothing more than concoction of happiness, proud, and tiredness. More than that I was just thankful that he heeded my advice and in the end was okay with it too
